As an interventional cardiologist, Dr. Pirwitz provides therapeutic interventional procedures such as coronary PTCA and coronary stents.  He also provides acute cardiac care, as well as general consultative and diagnostic services.

MEDICAL EDUCATION 
 
Dr. Pirwitz received his medical degree from University of Texas in Dallas, and completed his Internal Medicine Residency and Cardiology Fellowship there. He completed his Interventional Cardiology Fellowship at Mid-America Heart institute in Kansas City, Missouri.
 
LICENSURE & BOARD CERTIFICATIONS 
 
Dr. Pirwitz is licensed to practice medicine in Washington and Idaho. He is Board Certified in Internal Medicine, Cardiovascular Diseases and Interventional Cardiology.
