R. Alan Wales, M.D., FACC

Dr. Wales is a native of Arkansas. He joined Spokane Cardiology in November, 2001.  Dr. Wales is Board Certified in Cardiovascular Diseases and Internal Medicine as well as a full member of the American Society of Nuclear Cardiology.

Dr. Wales completed his Naval Career in 1999 as a Commander. He completed his Fellowship in Clinical Cardiology at San Diego Naval Hospital and his Internal Medicine Residency at Oakland Naval Hospital. He attended Uniformed Services University of Health Sciences.  Dr. Wales' primary practice will be Kootenai Heart and Vascular Health, 700 Ironwood Drive, Suite 214.
