Dr. Michael Whisenant joined Spokane Cardiology in August of 2006. He is Board Certified in Cardiovascular diseases and Internal Medicine with additional certifications in cardiac imaging including; adult Echocardiography, TEE, and Nuclear cardiology.

Dr. Whisenant provides an array of services, including:

He received his MD degree from the Medical University of South Carolina in Charleston and was awarded The University of Missouri at Kansas City's "Resident of the Year Award" in 1983. He practiced Internal Medicine, solo, for many years then completed his Cardiology Fellowship at UMKC School of Medicine in Kansas City in 1996.  Dr. Whisenant will be practicing at our Lewiston location: 2315 8th Street Grade, Lewiston, ID 83501
